Serving Waterdown and surrounding area since 2012.

It all began nearly two decades ago when we opened our first Pho Nam Thanh restaurant in 2002 in Cambridge, Ontario. In the following years, we built up a loyal clientele in the Kitchener / Cambridge area. We then decided to move to the beautiful town of Waterdown and re-open our family restaurant.

In 2012, we Officially opened the doors to our new Pho Nam Thanh restaurant.

We are a proud, family-run business, using recipies passed down through our family for generations. We prepare our food the traditional way, with all natural ingredients.

Preparation

Every morning, owner Thanh Dang arrives at the restaurant at 4am to start prepping. He begins with the soup, by boiling chicken bones for hours, then adds pounds of fresh ginger, onions, and black pepper to create the stock.

The result is the best Pho around! Customers come from all over for Pho Ga - even loyal customers from the old location make the drive from the Kitchener/Cambridge area to Waterdown on weekends!
